Tim Adams is vice president and CFO of Worthington Steel [NYSE: WS], a market-leading, value-added metals processing company. With more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate strategy and M&A, Tim has helped guide the company’s evolution, including its spin-off from Worthington Industries in 2023.
He previously led strategy and corporate development for Worthington Industries and currently serves on the boards of two joint ventures, TWB Company and Serviacero Worthington. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA in finance from The Ohio State University and brings deep expertise in growth strategy and partnership development.
