Geoff Gilmore is president and CEO of Worthington Steel (NYSE: WS), where he led the company’s 2023 spin-off from Worthington Industries. Under his leadership, Worthington Steel has expanded globally, including a recently announced majority stake in Italy-based Sitem Group, and grown its capabilities across North America. Geoff previously served as EVP and COO of Worthington Industries during his 25-year tenure. He rose from inside sales to leadership roles across commercial, purchasing and division operations. Geoff serves on the boards of Worthington Steel, The Worthington Companies Foundation and Valparaiso University, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He is passionate about leadership, AI and workforce development.
