Scott Hauncher is the Chief Financial Officer of Mill Steel Company, one of the nation’s largest flat-rolled steel, stainless, and aluminum distributors. He brings over 20 years of experience in middle-market private equity and strategic finance, with a strong focus on M&A execution, financial oversight, and long-term value creation. Before joining Mill Steel, Scott was a Partner at Huron Capital Partners and held senior roles at Superior Capital Partners and Long Point Capital. He began his career at Deloitte. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the Wharton School, as well as an MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
